Das Werk der deutschen Künstler Klaus Illi und Bettina Bürkle besteht aus Luftskulpturen, die durch eine langsame und kontinuierliche Bewegung des "Atmens" Gestalt annehmen und sich verändern. Die Künstler bieten uns die Möglichkeit, durch den Rhythmus und die Zeitlupe ihrer grossen pneumatischen Installationen mit dem sich ständig verändernden Raum - Malga Costa - in Beziehung zu treten: Der Blickwinkel wird zu einer sinnlichen Erfahrung, bei der alles in einen Hauch von Leben gehüllt ist. Das Werk von Klaus Illi und Bettina Bürkle bringt uns dazu, über die grundlegenden Aspekte unserer Existenz und die unzerbrechliche Verbindung mit den ungreifbaren und verborgenen Elementen des Ökosystems nachzudenken und die Rolle und die Möglichkeiten der Beziehungen zwischen Mensch und Natur zu hinterfragen.
The work of the German artists Klaus Illi and Bettina Bürkle consists of air sculptures, which take shape and are modified through a slow and continuous movement of "breathing". The artists offer to us the possibility to relate with the space, - Malga Costa - constantly changing, through the rhythm and the slow motion of their large pneumatic installations: the point of views become a sensory experience in which everything is wrapped into a breath of life. The work of Klaus Illi and Bettina Bürkle brings us to consider the basic aspects of our existence and the unbreakable bond with the more intangible and hidden elements of the ecosystem, questioning the role and possibilities of the relations between man and nature.
I lavori degli artisti tedeschi Klaus Illi e Bettina Bürkle consistono in vere e proprie sculture di aria, che prendono forma e si trasformano grazie ad un lento e continuo
movimento di “respirazione”. Gli artisti ci offrono la possibilità di rapportarci, quindi, con un ambiente – Malga Costa - in continua mutazione, scandita dal ritmo lento e incessante del
movimento delle loro grandi installazioni pneumatiche: i punti di vista si moltiplicano in un’esperienza sensoriale in cui tutto è avvolto dall’immaterialità di un respiro vitale. Il lavoro di
Klaus Illi e di Bettina Bürkle ci riporta a considerare aspetti essenziali della nostra esistenza ed il legame inscindibile con gli elementi più impalpabili e nascosti dell’ecosistema,
interrogandoci sul ruolo e sulle possibilità dell’uomo in relazione con la natura.
